What is an appropriate age to get my child's ears pierced?
It's recommended by Health Canada to wait until the child is at least 3 months old. So the baby will have been vaccinated and the earlobes will have enough time to take their normal size.

Can I use my own earrings?
It is not possible
It is not possible to use other earrings than the ones we offer because we use a specific instrument approved by Health Canada and FDA, which requires it's own equipment. In addition, our earrings are pre-packaged in sterile cassettes to prevent infections.
What type of earrings do you use?
All of our earrings are fully sterilized and hypoallergenic. We offer 14k yellow and white gold earrings to avoid any risk of allergies.
Will my baby feel pain?
All of our efforts are put in so that your baby does not feel any pain. A numbing cream is offered by Jolie Piercing. Please note that the proper functioning of the cream depends on your child sensitivity to anesthesia and that it requires 30 minutes to take effect. Both Health Canada and the FDA approve this product. On the other hand, take note that it also depends on how sensitive your baby will be to anesthesia. Finally, since our service is at your home, your baby will be in his usual environment which aims for a positive experience.
What are your hygiene measures?
Excellent Hygiene Practices
The cartridge of our earrings is designed to be loaded into the piercing instrument while remaining inside its sterile packaging for a contactless operation. In addition, it is completely disposable and cannot be reused. Finally, all of our earrings are fully sterilized and hypoallergenic. All our material is approved by Health Canada and the FDA.
